MY PRESENTATION

About my use of English language: I have known the English language since 1956, therefore from 50 years. A beautiful period, isn't it? But this half century has not been enough for me to learn a sure use of the English language. In reality despite is spent 50 years I have not had a lot of occasions to practise the English language, that I at the most have read without never pronouncing and without never listening.

I entirely desire to practise now the English language and to make a constant verification of this exercise with people that know the English language, can correct me and, if they appreciate this, they can entertain a correspondence by email. In change I hold to be able to offer an accurate assistance with the Italian language.

In a lot of occasions I have written, especially in the years during which I have practised a lot the auxiliary language Interlingua, that when a whatever language is used it is necessary to choose if its use must have directed to potential international readers. In this case it is necessary to abandon the own personal style to express and to go toward to demands of simplicity with the purpose to favor the understanding.

This satisfaction is not easy to be respected, but it is necessary to practise this exercise.

I desire to practise this simplicity receiving assistance for the English language and offering help with the Italian language, if this is in demand. Simplicity on demand! And not already simplicity for obligation. Not even reciprocity for obligation. Instead simplicity and reciprocity for the pleasure to practise the friendship.

To me it interests to write more than to speak, or to listen, or to read.

The practice to write is discreet, as that to read. Contrarily to listen asks for work, as to speak.

I consider that the use of a language means to listen more than to read, and it means to speak more than to write. However without too much study of the grammar I believe that it needs to write in simple way before, then to read succeeding to goats the meaning. To speak will come later and so to listen will come at the end.

I will be fortunate if from this search of partners I will find new friends. You are from now the welcome ones.
