The Thursday evening
In head to our interests it remains to drink and to eat well.
My friend Anthony phones me to ask me: do we see us this evening, is it true?
Excuse me, I had forgotten our appointment of Thursday!
And now that we do?
Let's do as usual for us on Thursdays evening! We go out together for dining.
Well! Then I wait you to the usual hour, at 20 past 9!
Well! See you later, then!
Almost every Thursday evening Anthony and I dine in a restaurant, possibly new. Or because we have already been in that restaurant, or because people has been reported us that in that place they serve well.
For us to serve well means to find good food and excellent wine.
Otherwise whether to like would be to dine to the restaurant and to spend an evening in pleasant company?
This evening of Thursday is another occasion to enjoy our age.
Still busy in the job as Anthony, or already withdrawn by the occupations of the job, as in my case, what is important it stays to have interests and to share them with a friend.
We discuss of politics. But not only. Also of experiences lived from us, of economy and of kitchen.
Our affairs don't have limitations. In head to our interests it remains to drink and to eat well.
